Filling the Tub: Begin filling your bathtub with warm water. The water's temperature should be comfortable and to your liking. Adding Bath Salts: While the tub is filling, sprinkle 1/4 to 1/2 cup of bath salts into the water. The amount can vary based on personal preference and the size of the tub. Dissolving: Use your hand to swish the water around and help dissolve the salts. Ensure they're distributed evenly. Soak: Once the tub is filled, immerse yourself. Relax and soak for 15-20 minutes. Post Bath: Drain the tub. Rinse off with fresh water if desired. Always use caution when stepping out of the tub, as oils in the bath salts can make surfaces slippery.
