Enjoy the aroma of sweet, warm maple sugar. This scent is extremely rich, complex, and long lasting. This wonderful shaving bar creates a luxurious lather. Made just like our cold-process soap, we have added a higher percentage of castor oil and some cosmetic clay for added "slip".
Ingredients: Saponified Olive, Coconut, Palm and Castor Oils, Goat milk, Water, Cosmetic Clay, Maple Fragrance Oil.
We make our shaving cakes in small batches with the resulting feel and slip of the lather being exceptional. Primitive in appearance (not uniform looking), these hand cut shaving cakes vary in shape and are not exactly as shown. Weight ranges from 100 g (3.5 oz) to 120 g (4.2 oz) per shaving cake. The 9.5 cm diameter is approximate and usually varies between 9.0 cm and 10.0 cm.
These shaving cakes fit our larger sized pottery mugs. They can be trimmed with a knife to fit our regular sized pottery mugs.
