The essential oils are diluted in a carrier oil (grapeseed oil).
The synergy can be
-applied directly on to the skin similar to perfume
-can inhale the synergy blend three or four times per day, through the nose from the bottle
-put 3 to 4 drops in to a diffuser of your choice
- roll on affected areas and jump into a warm bath or shower.

Age Defying Synergy blend is to help reduce the appearance of wrinkles and skin imperfections, gently roll onto the face, and neck area at night before bed and gentle massage into the skin for the oils to quickly absorb.

For the hands, thighs and feet roll onto to those areas on a daily basis. The synergy blend will help soften the look of visible signs of aging on the body.
