The BEST Shea Butter Cream and Customer Service! November 6, 2021 Reviewer: Teresa from Dieppe, NB Canada   I mistakenly bought the wrong shea butter cream while visiting PEI. Once I returned home I contacted the company. I had opened it and used it before realizing my mistake. The company generously allowed me to purchase the cream I initially wanted and refunded the money I had paid for the first cream. I love the unscented Shea butter cream! They even included a couple of complimentary unscented soaps in my order! They really went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy with my purchase.
