Lid and Seal: Due to the specific combination of certain lids and jars, some customers may experience difficulty in closing the lid fully with the safety seal in place. This is a known issue, and we recommend removing the seal if necessary to ensure proper closure. The seal is designed to prevent spillage during shipping, but once the product is in your possession, it can be safely removed.

Wet Consistency: The Atlantic Sea Scrub is designed to have a wet consistency due to the combination of salt, essential oils, and glycerine in the formula. Glycerine, an excellent moisturizer, gives the scrub its sticky, wet texture and may cause salt grains to stick to the container's sides.

Settling During Shipping: The Atlantic Sea Scrub is filled to capacity before shipping; however, it is normal for the product to settle during transit. This may cause the appearance of the container not being completely filled upon arrival.
